Keeping to the following simple steps will enable us to respond to your enquiry in a speedy, competent way. Thank you!

Installation and Update problems

Do you wish to change your computer, do error messages appear on screen, are you experiencing update problems?

  1. Please, briefly describe the problem and the context it arises in.

  2. If a message appears on screen, please attach it to your enquiry (attach a screenshot, Print Screen)

  3. For error messages, please create a Polysun support file: in the Polysun menu «?», click on «Support request», then on «Create support file» and attach the generated file to your e-mail.

 

Simulation problems

Do any difficulties arise in simulation projects, does your simulation not start, do error messages appear on screen or can’t you explain certain simulation results?

  1. Please, read the Help file and the user documentation in Polysun. The documents can be found in the menu «?» menu at the top right. Should you not be able to find a suitable solution to your problem, please save your project and attach it to your e-mail.

  2. Should there be several variants in a project, please name those in which the problem arises.

  3. If you used a standard template as a system diagram, please indicate which template it was (example: 8a)

  4. Which default values did you change in the components and which value did you change them to?

  5. Did you change any controller settings and, if so, which value did you change them to?

  6. Which warning/error messages are shown on screen?

  7. For error messages, please create a Polysun support file: in the Polysun menu «?», click on «Support request», then on «Create support file» and attach the generated file to your e-mail.
