Le mod\u00e8le \u00a0\u00bb r\u00e9servoir de glace avec \u00e9changeur thermique \u00e0 serpentin \u00a0\u00bb utilise une fonction enthalpie-temp\u00e9rature empirique. Cette fonction repr\u00e9sente la diminution de la temp\u00e9rature de la source en raison de la pr\u00e9sence de glace sur les \u00e9changeurs thermiques. Quand la glace grossit, la valeur de conductibilit\u00e9 thermique de l&rsquo;\u00e9changeur thermique diminue, ce qui oblige le syst\u00e8me \u00e0 abaisser les temp\u00e9ratures pour extraire la m\u00eame puissance du r\u00e9servoir de glace. Cette fonction est caract\u00e9ristique d&rsquo;une g\u00e9om\u00e9trie sp\u00e9cifique de l&rsquo;\u00e9changeur thermique et doit \u00eatre d\u00e9riv\u00e9e des donn\u00e9es de performance mesur\u00e9es du r\u00e9servoir de glace. Des fonctions diff\u00e9rentes pour des g\u00e9om\u00e9tries diff\u00e9rentes peuvent \u00eatre enregistr\u00e9es dans le catalogue. En standard, la fonction est fournie pour un r\u00e9servoir de glace de Viessmann Isocal. Les dimensions et l&rsquo;isolation du r\u00e9servoir peuvent \u00eatre param\u00e9tr\u00e9es, tout comme les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s des mat\u00e9riaux et la longueur du serpentin de l&rsquo;\u00e9changeur thermique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le nouveau mod\u00e8le \u00ab\u00a0R\u00e9servoir de glace avec plaques d&rsquo;\u00e9changeur thermique\u00a0\u00bb a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 pour la simulation des r\u00e9servoirs de glace avec plaques d&rsquo;\u00e9changeur thermique. Le mat\u00e9riau et la g\u00e9om\u00e9trie de l&rsquo;\u00e9changeur thermique ainsi que la distance entre les \u00e9changeurs thermiques dans le r\u00e9servoir de glace peuvent \u00eatre param\u00e9tr\u00e9s librement. Par cons\u00e9quent, le mod\u00e8le peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 pour tester et simuler diff\u00e9rentes configurations du r\u00e9servoir de glace ad hoc sans avoir \u00e0 fournir de donn\u00e9es exp\u00e9rimentales.
