Cela s&rsquo;applique d&rsquo;une part \u00e0 la modernisation des b\u00e2timents existants pr\u00e9sentant des temp\u00e9ratures de d\u00e9part \u00e9lev\u00e9es, et d&rsquo;autre part, elles jouent un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 dans les applications de chaleur de processus industriel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cet article d\u00e9crit la simulation d&rsquo;une pompe \u00e0 chaleur HT dans Polysun. Un profil CSV \u00e9tendu sert de base technique \u00e0 cet effet. Par rapport au <a href=\"https:\/\/www.velasolaris.com\/fr\/handbuch\/polysun-designer\/pompes-a-chaleur-et-geothermie\/pompes-a-chaleur-air-eau\/\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/www.velasolaris.com\/fr\/handbuch\/polysun-designer\/pompes-a-chaleur-et-geothermie\/pompes-a-chaleur-air-eau\/\">mod\u00e8le standard<\/a>, ce profil prend explicitement en compte les diff\u00e9rences de temp\u00e9rature au niveau de l&rsquo;\u00e9vaporateur et du condenseur. Le logiciel interpole ainsi les donn\u00e9es de performance de mani\u00e8re encore plus pr\u00e9cise, ce qui permet de reproduire fid\u00e8lement le comportement op\u00e9rationnel r\u00e9el de l&rsquo;installation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-modelisation-de-la-pompe-a-chaleur\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mod\u00e9lisation de la Pompe \u00e0 Chaleur<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour repr\u00e9senter pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment le comportement thermodynamique de la pompe \u00e0 chaleur HT jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 144 \u00b0C sur l&rsquo;ensemble de sa plage d&rsquo;utilisation, quatre grandeurs d&rsquo;influence sont d\u00e9termin\u00e9es:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Temp\u00e9rature de l&rsquo;\u00e9vaporateur ($T_V$):<\/strong> Elle correspond \u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature de la source de chaleur choisie (telle que l&rsquo;eau souterraine, la saumure ou l&rsquo;air ext\u00e9rieur).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Temp\u00e9rature de sortie du condenseur ($T_K$):<\/strong> Il s&rsquo;agit de la temp\u00e9rature de d\u00e9part du syst\u00e8me de chauffage. Pour les pompes \u00e0 chaleur HT, cette valeur se situe g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement bien au-dessus de 55 \u00b0C.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Diff\u00e9rence de temp\u00e9rature \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9vaporateur ($\\Delta V$):<\/strong> Elle d\u00e9crit l&rsquo;\u00e9cart thermique (le saut de temp\u00e9rature) entre l&rsquo;entr\u00e9e et la sortie du c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la source.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Diff\u00e9rence de temp\u00e9rature au condenseur ($\\Delta K$):<\/strong> Cet indicateur d\u00e9finit l&rsquo;\u00e9cart entre l&rsquo;entr\u00e9e et la sortie du c\u00f4t\u00e9 du puits thermique (circuit de chauffage).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-pompe-a-chaleur-haute-temperature-extension-du-modele-standard\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pompe \u00e0 chaleur haute temp\u00e9rature : Extension du mod\u00e8le standard<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La prise en compte individualis\u00e9e des diff\u00e9rences de temp\u00e9rature constitue une extension majeure de la mod\u00e9lisation logicielle des pompes \u00e0 chaleur. Elle permet aux concepteurs de d\u00e9terminer les points de fonctionnement avec une pr\u00e9cision bien sup\u00e9rieure. Cela s&rsquo;av\u00e8re particuli\u00e8rement avantageux en cas de d\u00e9bits variables ou d&rsquo;\u00e9carts de temp\u00e9rature fortement fluctuants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-modele-standard\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mod\u00e8le standard<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.velasolaris.com\/fr\/handbuch\/polysun-designer\/pompes-a-chaleur-et-geothermie\/pompes-a-chaleur-air-eau\/\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/www.velasolaris.com\/fr\/handbuch\/polysun-designer\/pompes-a-chaleur-et-geothermie\/pompes-a-chaleur-air-eau\/\">mod\u00e8le standard<\/a>, le logiciel effectue ses calculs sur la base de diff\u00e9rences de temp\u00e9rature fixes et non modifiables. Par cons\u00e9quent, l&rsquo;adaptation flexible \u00e0 des conditions de fonctionnement divergentes est tr\u00e8s limit\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-differences-de-temperature-reglables-sur-les-systemes-ht\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Diff\u00e9rences de temp\u00e9rature r\u00e9glables sur les syst\u00e8mes HT<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il s&rsquo;agit ici d&rsquo;une extension fonctionnelle du mod\u00e8le standard. Les utilisateurs activent cette fonction simplement en chargeant un profil CSV \u00e9tendu. Polysun compl\u00e8te ainsi la fonctionnalit\u00e9 standard par des diff\u00e9rences de temp\u00e9rature librement d\u00e9finissables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selon le type de pompe \u00e0 chaleur s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9, les options de r\u00e9glage suivantes sont disponibles:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Pompes \u00e0 chaleur saumure\/eau et eau\/eau:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>$\\Delta V$ (c\u00f4t\u00e9 \u00e9vaporateur) : Diff\u00e9rence de temp\u00e9rature r\u00e9glable \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9vaporateur.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>$\\Delta K$ (c\u00f4t\u00e9 condenseur) : Diff\u00e9rence de temp\u00e9rature r\u00e9glable au condenseur.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pompes \u00e0 chaleur air\/eau:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>$\\Delta K$ (c\u00f4t\u00e9 condenseur) : Diff\u00e9rence de temp\u00e9rature r\u00e9glable au condenseur.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remarque : La colonne pour le delta de l&rsquo;\u00e9vaporateur ($\\Delta V$) est supprim\u00e9e du profil, car le c\u00f4t\u00e9 \u00e9vaporateur est d\u00e9termin\u00e9 par la temp\u00e9rature de l&rsquo;air ext\u00e9rieur et aucun \u00e9cart ne doit \u00eatre d\u00e9fini sur le circuit primaire.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Remarque :<\/strong> La mod\u00e9lisation \u00e9tendue est particuli\u00e8rement recommand\u00e9e pour les installations exploit\u00e9es en dehors des points de dimensionnement standards, par exemple avec des d\u00e9bits fortement variables ou lors d&rsquo;analyses d\u00e9taill\u00e9es de l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 bas\u00e9es sur des donn\u00e9es de fonctionnement r\u00e9elles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-profil-csv-pour-les-pompes-a-chaleur-ht\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Profil CSV pour les pompes \u00e0 chaleur HT<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re que pour les autres types de pompes \u00e0 chaleur modulables, vous d\u00e9finissez les points d&rsquo;appui dans un fichier de profil. Polysun prend pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment cet effet en compte via les valeurs renseign\u00e9es dans le profil.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Points d&rsquo;appui manquants:<\/strong> Il n&rsquo;est pas n\u00e9cessaire de d\u00e9finir des points d&rsquo;appui pour chaque point de fonctionnement imaginable. Le mod\u00e8le d&rsquo;interpolation math\u00e9matique du logiciel fonctionne de mani\u00e8re fiable avec les donn\u00e9es disponibles. Gardez toutefois \u00e0 l&rsquo;esprit que la pr\u00e9cision diminue l\u00e9g\u00e8rement avec chaque point d&rsquo;appui manquant.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-modeles-pour-le-dimensionnement-des-pompes-a-chaleur-haute-temperature\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mod\u00e8les pour le dimensionnement des pompes \u00e0 chaleur haute temp\u00e9rature<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Polysun propose les sch\u00e9mas de mod\u00e8les de planification suivants pour les pompes \u00e0 chaleur haute temp\u00e9rature.
