If a purchase is made, your acquaintance or business partner names you as an intermediary and benefits from a 10% discount on the initial purchase of Polysun licenses.

Who can advertise?

Any Polysun customer can participate in recommending Polysun and profit from corresponding benefits. Recommend Polysun to a friend or business partner. The way you recommend us is up to you. For example, you can refer them to the opportunity to test Polysun free of charge for 30 days: https://www.velasolaris.com/shop/testversionen/?lang=en/. Then send an e-mail to info@velasolaris.com with the first name, surname, and company name of your contact. We will then register you as recommender and inform you of this in writing.

How and when do I receive the credit?

The bonus is valid when your contact purchases a Polysun license at the latest six months after you recommended Polysun to your contact and informed us of this by e-mail. Student license purchases will not be rewarded. As soon as the new customer gives us your name as an intermediary, we will contact you and confirm that we have registered a credit note of EUR 100 / CHF 100. This credit will be offset against a purchased service of your choice. This can be, for example, the purchase of a license service subscription or a Polysun training course. The new customer also benefits from a 10% discount on the license purchase, as Polysun was recommended by you.

How often can I recommend Polysun to potentially new customers?

You can recommend Polysun to potentially new customers at any time. However, to benefit from the credit, your contact must not yet have a Polysun license or Polysun test license and there is no other party listed as recommender. As soon as you inform us that you have recommended us, we will be happy to let you know whether these criteria have been met and whether you are registered as a recommender. The mass recruitment of new customers (e.g. via agent portals, newsletters, etc.) does not entitle to any credits or discounts.
